CNN —What do you need to pack for a cruise? When it comes to this upcoming cruise from tour and travel company Bare Necessities, the answer appears to be very little. The nudist cruise specialist is teaming up with Norwegian Cruise Line to launch an 11-day voyage from Miami to the Caribbean, scheduled to set sail onboard the 295-meter Norwegian Pearl in February 2025. The “11-Day adventure back to Bare-adise” is scheduled to depart from Miami on February 3 and return on February 14. “Our mission is to provide relaxing, entertaining and health-conscious vacation opportunities that offer non-threatening, natural environments where the appreciation, wonder and compatibility of nature and the unadorned human form can occur,” say Bare Necessities.

American Express CEO Steve Squeri told CNBC's Jim Cramer on Tuesday how the company attracted more Millennial and Gen Z customers, saying the cohort made up 60% of new card acquisitions during the last quarter. Squeri said American Express realized that attracting younger clientele was a "key thing" for the company, so it was important to offer cards with a high enough value proposition for that group. Younger card holders create a greater "lifetime value" than older ones, as they will continue to use their American Express cards as they age, he added. "We used to go after them with a no-fee card, but a no-fee card didn't have a lot of benefits—that's why you pay no fee for it," Squeri said of Millennials and Gen Z. The younger customer base is also growing because more merchants accept American Express cards than in previous years, Squeri added.

Now, a new study has quantified the risk of depression during the transition, known as perimenopause — showing that women in this stage are about 40% more likely to experience the mental health condition than premenopausal women. The authors conducted the study — which is a review of seven studies totaling 9,141 women — to provide an estimate for the risk of developing clinical, diagnosed depression or depressive symptoms at different menopausal stages. The authors didn’t find a significant difference in risk of depression for postmenopausal women compared with premenopausal women. Badawy is now an associate graduate mental health worker at the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust in London. And doctors should develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers to whom they can refer patients diagnosed with depression.

BlackRock , the largest asset manager, has launched a new product to help workers their retirement savings into a regular income stream that mimics the paycheck they receive during their working years. "We're talking about a revolution in retirement," BlackRock CEO Larry Fink wrote of LifePath Paycheck in his recent annual letter to investors. While they receive that income, the rest of their retirement savings may continue to grow. A recent BlackRock survey found 60% of employees worry they may outlive their retirement savings. For now, the LifePath product is limited to plans offered through employers.
